 Hart Orthodontics is a dental practice specializing exclusively in correcting irregularities of the teeth and jaws.

If you have any
questions about your treatment or our
office procedures, please feel free to call. We look forward

On your first visit, you will be welcomed by our treatment
coordinator, Valarie Jones. She will give you a tour of the office and
introduce you to the staff. We will take
facial and intraoral photographs to help in your diagnosis.
The doctor
will then determine if an orthodontic problem
exists. If orthodontic care appears to be necessary, an initial
diagnosis will be made and possible treatment alternatives
will be discussed. There will be no charge for this initial visit,
unless diagnostic records are taken.
If the first examination indicates the need for treatment,
a more detailed diagnostic evaluation will be required. The
results will be used to analyze your condition and to plan
your treatment.
Included in your diagnostic records are:
- Orthodontic X-rays and diagnostic tracings
- Photographs
- Orthodontic study models
- Professional analysis and preparation
of treatment plan
The total expense for the diagnostic records is $360.00.
This fee is payable at the time the data is collected.
These orthodontic records are essential for providing the
most complete and accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
We do not want to take any short cuts where your health
and appearance are concerned.
After evaluating your diagnostic records, the doctors will
discuss appropriate treatment options with the patient and
interested parties. They will have determined the severity
of the problem, probable duration of treatment, cost of
treatment, and expected results. Please feel free to ask
questions on any aspect of the proposed treatment.
At the present time, average charges in our office are:
- Diagnostic records—$360.00
- Monthly charges—$100.00-$150.00
- Initial down payment—Varies
Patients with insurance coverage for orthodontic
treatment should provide us with the necessary forms.
Insurance assignment will be accepted from participating
carriers only. However, we will be happy to complete and
submit any of your insurance forms.
